Join Alternative Health Florida

Here is how it works:

1. Click the PayPal payment button for your desired membership level - you may use any major credit card or your PayPal account. (If you prefer to receive an invoice and pay by check, please contact info@alternativehealthflorida.com.)
2. After payment, you will need to click the "Return to Merchant" button to go to our web form - use this form to fill out all of your information and choose your category or categories.
3. Within five business days, your listing and page will be live on Alternative Health Florida.

Cancellation/Refund Policy - Please notify Alternative Health Florida if you would like your page removed for any reason. You can cancel your membership through your PayPal account. We cannot provide partial refunds for memberships that last less than one year.
